Flights are booked, flown (Pegasus ACARS) and logged in vAMSYS, our crew system. Your Slavic Airlines account here and your vAMSYS pilot account are linked once, then everything you fly shows up on both.
Free. You get a pilot number (PSL…) and access to Phoenix, the pilot portal. Already registered? Skip to step 2.
You will be sent to vamsys.io to approve "slavicairlines.com" (name, pilot profile and flights). We never see your vAMSYS password.
Tick every network you have set up, and Active for the one your aircraft is switched to right now (PMDG EFB → Settings → ATC Network; Fenix app → ACARS Service). More than one can be active if you fly several aircraft. Company messages — loadsheets, delays, diversions — go to your flight callsign on your active networks first, and always to the web EFB.
Only needed if you want the Slavic Airlines web EFB to act as your ACARS terminal (aircraft without a datalink). Receiving company messages in a datalink-equipped aircraft needs no code from you — we address your callsign. Codes are per sub-network: one Hoppie registration = one network.

Used by our backend only: to brief your SayIntentions dispatcher, cabin crew and co-pilot (Sync on a booking) and to drop company ACARS messages straight into your aircraft. Find it in the SayIntentions Pilot Portal → Account. Never shown again after saving.
BeyondATC has no company-message channel or API yet, so on BATC flights our loadsheets and ops messages reach you through the web EFB (and Discord). Nothing to enter here.
Not a secret. Lets GSX Pro and our loadsheet match your OFP. Use the same value you enter in GSX and in the Fenix / PMDG EFB.
Every company datalink message to and from your aircraft — loadsheets, ops messages, your replies — as our station sent or received it. Uplinks (▲ out) leave Slavic Airlines Ops for your active network; downlinks (▼ in) are what came back from the aircraft. Only you (and Group admins) can see your messages.

Flights tracked by our own SAG Pilot Client — the telemetry recorder we are building to replace Pegasus, running alongside it during the trial. Each row opens the flight page with the track, the altitude and speed profile, times, fuel, the landing and every event. Only you (and Group admins) can see this list; the flight page itself is shareable by link.
